Can't even get LCPDFR to load on startup

Alright, here's what I have...

Also, when I go to quit the game, it gives me the MMA10 error followed by the "crash" screen. Fresh copy, no mods at all, extracted just like the manual says and selected xlive to use. Also got rid of my savegames to start fresh.

Any ideas?

Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed.

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
