Hello,

Today i installed the lcpdfr Mod and the ELS V7 Mod. Then i wanted to install a Police Car-Pack. I watched a tutorial and i made everything ike in the video.

Then i started GTA IV and all Police Cars where white. They had the new form, that means they didnt look like the old they looked like the Cars on the picture, but they had no colour. Only white.

So, what can i do? Do i need the Trainer?

Please i need help. If you have Skype or Teamviewer i could show you the problem.

Sorry for my bad english, im German.

If you have skype you can add me under the name: winner63ful

Hello palatray! :) It sounds like you installed skins, and not models. I am no expert on modeling myself, so I'll leave that to someone else.

Can you link the pack you installed, and also provide a screenshot of a car that has this error?

Some other additional info would be nice, like which software you used to install the cars and if you are running the game as administrator. Are you using the latest patch for the game? Is it a legal copy of the game? Also, post a G17 media diag tool log ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).

PS. Your english is better than most english speaking internet users, no need to apologize :)

I recommend using OpenIV (http://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1) instead of SparkIV. See if this works. If it does not, I am out of alternatives sadly. Also, as I said before: "Some other additional info would be nice, like which software you used to install the cars and if you are running the game as administrator. Are you using the latest patch for the game? Is it a legal copy of the game? Also, post a G17 media diag tool log ( title="">http://www.lcpdfr.co...agnostics-tool/)."

Yes, it's a legal Copy. I bought it on Steam.

What about the rest of what I said? :P Some other additional info would be nice, like which software you used to install the cars and if you are running the game as administrator. Oh, okay. Go here:

Steamsteamappscommongrand theft auto iv

Right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', also do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Restart the game. It happens when Windows can't read the disc in time. Sorry, no disc in the steam version....... It's a access error anyway, make sure that you launch the game as administrator with "LaunchGTAIV.exe" in your installation directory.

So, now i can play the game but the police cars are still white. Do yu think i should delete GTAIV and download it again? And then i should try everything again?

Or you could can help me over skype or teamviewer?

Can you help me with that? Teamspeak? Skype?

Allowing someone to connect to your computer is an unsafe method. Even though you may trust me, it's not recommended by me or the community team. The forums are better, and easier, if you follow the instructions.
