wat are EFLC and will that stop the game from playing?

i did that little test and that all that has X by it saying i dont have it..if some one can help me soon i would really be happy

On topic, EFLC is both DLCs for GTA IV, and is a standalone game. It is bought separately from IV, and the chance the devs would make people buy something else to run the mod is approximately 0.

EFLC: Episodes from Liberty City. Google it. Seriously. I'm going to put it in my signiture.

You don't need it to play, but some mods cannot play on EFLC, and most have a port to work on EFLC.

okay here the thing...if i dont dl the mood the game work fine but i want the mood that is y i got the game for..i am dl all the files that it say it need unless there more files to dl beside those other 2 on the links..i am running a newer window 7...i have been on utube and seen some one dl it and i dl it the same way they did and when i went to go play it said gta stop working...so wat is there that i can do to make it work?

how do i do the Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version)(1.1.2.0 for EFLC)

okay and i notice that i am not running the set up as administrator but when i dl it to the gta folder and right click to run as admiistrator it says it cant do that..so how can i dl the file where it would run that way..i am using wind 7 the unlimeted or some crap like that

Google GTA 1.0.7.0 patch.

Right click the LCPDFR installer, hit run as admin. Go to your gta iv folder and right click launchGTAIV and hit properties. Under compatibility, hit always run as admin.

No, run the exe file.

No clue why it says you can't run as admin. Turn off UAC.

i been dl gta to the pro file X86 is that the right file to be dl it to?

Just save the patch to your desktop. Inside the patch folder there will be a exe file.

i am re downloading the game right now once it get done dl i will try..i tryed running the lcpdfr to the destop and seting it up there and that when it kinda all go all missed up

OK. Redownload gta iv like you are. Then put the patch and LCPDFR installer on your DESKTOP. Then run the exe file found in the patch folder. Then after that run the installer as an administrator. Make sure you run gta iv as an administrator and turn off User account control.

sorry for having so much to ask and some many ? i am new at all this..i do know some about pc or computer just new with all the games and mods..i am mostly on the ps3 but when i seen u can do all this on the computer i was like wow i need to do that, and now i dont even have the ps3 just the pc or computer and just trying the learn new things
