CPDFR.exe the new one and diagnostic tool will not open fo me both say unable to find a version of the run time to run this application

I fear that the FTP server is still down.... I try to download anything from the website and the connection times out.

The diagnostic tool download hasn't worked for a while I don't believe but I just tested a download last night and it worked fine.
