Cars not getting replaced

Hello, yesterday 3.6.2024 I was downloading new vehicles for GTA V. I replaced them and my GTA started crashing. I then fixed the crashing issue and replaced the vehicles as I would normally do. Once I did that, the vehicles did not show in game, I thought that it was because of the GTA issue because I was replacing vehicles. I reinstalled GTA V, put vehicles where I should put them and it just doesn't work, not even replacing gun models nor weapon sounds. Help would be really appreciated๐Ÿ™‚.
