So i had RADIANCE installed and still have it installed and  after installing some more mods ( unrelated ) callouts, etc.. it seems like it's doing some odd glitch with the ELS making it not have a flare from close but from a far it does.

It's still a bit bugged from a far and it's like not working with ELS lights but works for everything else.



FROM A CLOSE

Could contain: vehicle, car, land vehicle, luxury vehicle, wheel, automotive design, sports car, outdoor, ground

 

FROM A FAR

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, outdoor, wheel, road, tire, building, night, transport, street, light, police, car

 

OTHER LIGHTS

Could contain: outdoor, street light, sky, road, light, street, vehicle, land vehicle, tree, night, electricity, road surface, security lighting, thoroughfare, building, way, infrastructure, car, traffic, city

 

IN PAUSE MENU

Could contain: text, screenshot, graphic design, graphics, brand
