The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Couple of things:

1.ย Update:ย PoliceSmartRadio, Super Callouts, Super Events, and Damage Tracking Framework
2. Ensure that Albo1125.Common.dll is installed to theย Main Directoryย and that Traffic Policer.dll is installed to Plugins/LSPDFR.

3.ย Move:ย LemonUI.SHVDN3.dll and NoMoreMelee.dll from Plugins to theirย correctย location. Consult the readme from each download for more information.

Lastly, in regards to the NVE issue, make sure you are using the LSPDFR compatibility patch. If after all the troubleshooting, you still cannot get it to work, consider using an alternative for graphics.
