lost textures on building and with lights

Hello, I have a problem with lost textures on a building or missing lamps. And mostly lost textures is there where you see the blue line in the photo. But anyone on map it's more or less okay. 

(sorry for my english im still learn)

and i have installed

makevisualgreatagain

l.a roads 

city lights 

forest of san andreas

Yes i find if you have installed makevisualgreatagain. You need reinstall mods folder.

Or delete graphics mods
