stop the ped dispatch not working, not return peds information

whenever i request a check on a person the dispatch never answers my call, if i asked for ped's ID and asked for checking on the ped by STOP THE PED menu, dispatch would return nothing. Any help would be very thankful. The below is the RPH log:

Can you send an image of your plugins folder over?

I found the cause of the problem because I turned off "Phone Notifications" in the game. I turned on "Mobile Notifications" in "Settings", then I could see the notifications from dispatch
