RPH KEEPS CRASHING PLZ HELP!!!!

Hey its me again, after reinstalling everything in my game I'm still coming across the same problem...my RPH crashes after like 15 min of gameplay. I've looked at the logs but cant find the problem, If anyone is better at reading them I would appreciate the help thank you. If you need a picture of my directory I can post that as well.
