How to make working taxi sign/light?

Does anybody know, how I can make the original taxi light on the top, work like in the game? The taxi sign has the material vehicle_lightsemissive. Does the taxi sign have an own ID? I didn't dettached it to the bodyshell, instead I created an own dummy called "taksi_sign". I also did notice, that the orange bulbs are somehow white on the sign ingame. On Zmodeler they look normal.

Hope someone can help.
