Mission Row Locker Room + Other stations problem

Hello, I installed LSPDFR today and when I went to Mission Row Police Station the door for the locker room is locked also when I went to other stations and pressed E to go on duty I spawn under the world and I can't see my character. And yes I have installed save game 100%Could contain: clothing, man, person, screenshot, door, human face, indoorCould contain: text, screenshot, multimedia software
