How do you make vehicles with multiple liveries spawn in specific locations

I recently added a vinewood police livery to a Tahoe and a charger, and I was wondering is there any way to make them spawn in the upper part of the los santos map? (Rockford Hills, Vinewood) Without having them spawn in the city and leave that for the regular lspd livery.
