Couple of things:
1. Remove: United Callouts and Wilderness Callouts for a better experience.
2. You are missing the Newtonsoft.Json file. I believe this comes with the base version of LSPDFR. Re-download manual LSPDFR and move the Newtonsoft.Json file into your Main Directory.

as far as I see it could crash because of WeaponControl (really don't know what plugin it is)

Not necessarily. Pretty sure it was just loading at the time of the crash happening.

I think there is something wrong with your tag's Callout

But seems it still loading successfully.

Also take a look at your Plugins or Plugins/LSPDFR folder, if there is Newtonsoft.Json.dll, it doesnt belong there, put it in gtav main directory.

You are still having the same error as before. Try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install Ransom Ambience and ensure the the Newtonsoft.Json.Dll is installed to only the Main Directory and nowhere else. Once that is done, restart your PC and test again.

If you are still having the same crash, you can remove it to fix the issue.
