Couple of things:

- Update LSPDFR via the manual installation.

- Update CalloutInterface and GrammarPolice

-Note: AutomaticSirenCutout has been discontinued and may not work as intended.

 

If your issue persists, send a new log.

I'd also like to add on my own behalf to what @Lennyy advised, remeber are you somehow changed lspdfr's .xml files for agencies, if so revert the changes.
Last thing that happend was trying to Spawn StatePatrol unit for call:

Thanks guys , jumping on that right now.

@DozelRhine Could that be because of a vehicle i changed or a ped model, cause i did just switch to a new fbi1 car.

It could be possible. I think vehicle itself is fine, but while you was editing script you could accidentally messed it up, so it causing crash now.
