Non-disappearing casings

How to make sure that the casings do not disappear after shots?
similar to the plugin from GTA SAMP (in the screenshot)
Is this even possible?

I'm not sure that kind of mod exists.

For GTA SA, there was a mod called "Bullet Drop" which makes the bullet "casing" persistent. 

 

But for GTA V, the answer is no, there is no such mod that does what GTA SA did.

Because in GTA V bullet casings already exists, but in optimization purpose they gonna disappear quickly.
