Base LSPDFR without mods crashes every time I load the LSPDFR plugin ingame

Every time I open the game using rage hook it crashes when I load the LSPDFR plugin in game.

Open the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory. Clear the contents and add -windowed and then save and exit. 

Is the game crashing or does it actually say that LSPDFR has crashed?

the game itself just closes without any crash report

I also just tried the command line thing and my game still closes abruptly when I try to load the unmodded LSPDFR plugin.

Rename mods to _mods and try again.

There is no mods folder for I don't have any additional mods for LSPDFR

Base LSPDFR works perfectly fine. If you are still encountering the same problem as before, does normal GTA V crash?
