In `GTA/LSPDFR/lspdfr.ini` change `Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = false` to `Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true`

then in `Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR`:
Remove the plugins in RED
Update the plugins in YELLOW
