Game textures really weird after putting in new vehicles

Yesterday I installed this vehicle vehicle pack (link below), and since then my game has been experiencing really odd textures and has been glitching out (image attached). Admittedly, I didn't realize there was a different mod required for the pack to work, but I've tried installing it and the problem is still the same. I wanted to use the vehicles as replacements for sheriff and sheriff2, so I placed the dlc.rpf file within the installed folder into GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5, as I wanted to see its contents, I then picked two of them out and renamed them appropriately, as well as their xml's, and placed them into vehicles.rpf file of patchda22ng, my usual folder for replacement vehicles. After that I removed the dlc.rpf, changed the handlingID's in vehicles.meta and placed the xml's in the ELS file. After I came across the issue, I removed all the files associated with this pack, but nothing has changed. I tried removing all of my xml's from the ELS folder (like all of them, even ones which have always worked fine), nothing. Then I thought maybe I had accidentally made a mistake in the vehicles.meta file, so I replaced it with the vanilla file, also nothing. I tried completely reinstalling lspdfr and RPH, still nothing. The normal game works fine, even with mods, it just happens when I try to open GTA with RPH. Any help would be appreciated.
