Hello everybody! I'm relatively new to LSPDFR and modding as a whole.

I've been trying to add police5,6,7 for hours with no luck. No tutorials exist to my knowledge.

The LSPD pack that I currently have utilizes slots past police4, but I don't have any slots past police4.

So, 

How do I add police5,police6, and police7?

 

Also, could someone give me a sheriff vehicle pack that isn't too complicated to install? The one that's included in the description of the above pack is glitched for me and the lights don't work.
