Unable to download EUP L&O and EUP S&R

When i onto OIV and went into my mods folder, at the top it told me to update my mods folder so i did then i proceeded to try to download EUP L&O and it came up with an error saying "a fatal error has occurred during installation" i am ensure on what do do next i have linked the log for the error
