Found a temporary fix, it seems that LML isn't using a winrar like system to extract the file. So I close the modmanger and manually download Coastal Callouts or Ems Callouts and then locate the LML Package and manually "download" it to the modmanager using the + icon on the download section.

thanks, i just been busy with forza horizon that i completly forgot this and just redownloaded gta v lol
