GTA 5 Doesn't Launch after update HMM

Any one know what is happening here when i updated gta5 steam version to the latest version GTA 5 gets this error, also i download the latest LSPDFR install as well and the latest scriphookv and both GTA 5 or LSPDFR doesn't launch..
That is what i get..
there is a copy of the ragepluginhook.log file if any one can tell me what is going on..

Update your callouts/ plugins, f.o. StopThePed.

Remove AssortedCallouts, LSPDFR+, Traffic Policer, outdated.

What is APIExample? THats probably wrong installed.

 

 

First crash is caused by TrafficPolicer, second by DeadlyWeapons

Nope i don't have any mods or plugins

 

The only plugins i have is 1 and that is what comes with LSDPFR NO MODS EITHER
the only plugin i have is "LSPD First Response"

did you even look at the RagePluginHook.log file? there is only one plugin running and that is First response that is it.
