Rage insuffecient permission/bad antivirus

I keep getting the rage will not hook due to antivirus or not enough permissions.  I have it allowed in my antivirus and I also tried it disabled, it continues not to load. Any help will be greatly appreciated, hopefully that log will help.

Update LSPDFR.

Rename mods folder to _mods

Thanks, I’ll try it. I reinstalled lcpdfr and rage last night, with no luck. I will try renaming _mods.

That did not fix it, I also did a fresh installation of GTAV and LCPDFR. I turned off all antivirus and nothing will get it up and running.

I fixed it. I did two things, I disabled in game overlay on Nvidia and run as administrator and that got it running.
