Insufficient Permissions or Bad Antivirus

Every time i launch gta from RPH, it says Insufficient Permissions or Bad Antivirus, i have tried exempting gta v folder from my anti virus, turning off my firewall and antivirus, enabling direct 11x, I have ran rage as an admin, turned my plugin timeout threshold to 60000, tried running it with script hook v and without, and none of that works.

I have a few plugins including: stop the ped, ultimate backup, and compulite.

i have also uninstalled and reinstalled lspdfr

Start RPH as an administrator. If that fails, reinstall the game.

One addition to WithLithiums post would be to also enable 'Compatibility Mode' under it's 'Properties'.

@SwitchedDreams, sorry for reviving a dead thread but I'm having this same issue.

 

I have the Epic Games version, so have to start GTAV from the EGL before I start RAGEhook. I can't seem to be able to just run the game with RAGEhook. Any idea how to fix it so that it'll just load the game?

Hi there,

 

Try to boot up your RagePluginHook with elevated privileges to make sure it is not an error caused by your privileges on your computer. Sometimes, people will need to use the elevated privileges for RPH to work.

I have the Steam version, and never tried it on Epic.

I heard somewhere that LSPDFR doesn't support Epic, but I'm NOT SURE.

That would be incorrect,  Epic supports it just fine
