The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Do you have RageNativeUI updated? Seems like that could be a problem here.

Please download the file from THIS LINK and drag and drop the RageNativeUI.dll and RageNativeUI.xml files into your GTAV root directory (where GTA5.exe is located)

 

Ps.: Once you download this, make sure NOT to replace it while installing new callouts or plugins, some of which may include this file.
