Car chase event repeating itself over and over

In the past few days, I've run across a vanilla LSPDFR event related to a car chase. The vehicle was an orange and red Sabre GT. After losing view of the suspect, the case was marked as "outstanding", then the game crashed.

When I loaded back into the game, the same event happened again: same car, same color, different ped. As I was arresting this Ped, another identical event took place at the same time. Same car, same color.

I've managed to find the trace for these redundant events in the log;

Does LSPDFR have some sort of "cache" where event history is saved? I tried reinstalling LSPDFR, RPH and all plugins again, but this stuff just keeps happening.
