Repetitive crash on start up

Hi all

Ever since the new update I havent been able to get LSPDFR to run at all. I will go to a station, it would load and then crash. Ive deleted my mods folder, reinstalled it, got rid of all my custom vehicles etc to no avail. This is the error I keep getting in the log
