You haven't included any information that anybody could use to help you, unfortunately.

 

Upload your RAGEPluginHook.log file, you can find this in your GTA folder.

This log shows you crashing at the Pause Menu. Do you get crashes without using the Pause Menu?

Also the version of RAGE Plugin Hook and LSPDFR you are using are both outdated. Please install the latest build of both, which can be found in the latest LSPDFR download.
