Backup seems to be stuck in place and lights are out of place at a distance

As the title suggests, when I call backup it sometimes gets "stuck in place" at it's spawn location and all I get is the continuous sound of sirens. But if it does turn up and I dismiss it, it seems to stay where it is and won't leave. This seems to happen to all police/sheriff, ambulance, fire, and coroner vehicles. not noticed with the motor cycles.

Also, the lights on the vehicle light bars, police vehicles only, seem to be above the light bar when seen from a distance. All vehicles are ELS.

Only changes made were the updated LSPDFR and EUP.

The vehicles I spawn to drive, work perfectly well and if I move away from the vehicle with it's lightbar working then the lights stay in place.

Disable ELS and all ELS vehicles, and try again.

To anyone else reading this, I found that the Asi support for RagePluginHook dll was to blame. When I stopped it loading my backup worked as normal and my lights.

Use SHV to load ASI. Also confirm that police was not set to ignored.

Had trouble downloading SHV, that's why I tried SH Alternative. Have SHV now though. Police not set to ignored. Thanks for your suggestions.
