Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Can confirm that game runs if mods folder is named to "_mods"

Tried launching with the mods folder back however tosses a "ERROR_GEN_ZLIB2"

So the issue is with your mods folder.

Make sure you have a heap & packfile adjuster & custom gameconfig installed.

Should this already be the case, revert your recent changes.

In that case, I decided to rebuild the mods folder from scratch, tested it and works fine without any other addons, will test with add-on vehicles shortly

Edit: Attempted to load with some add-on vehicles, re-installed heap and packfile adjuster, and crashes. Log will follow
