Hi. I have a problem that I have not encountered before. After spending 2 hours, watching videos, reading articles and doing a lot of actions, I still could not fix the problem, so I will turn here. The problem is as follows: After launching Rage plagin hook, the game loads, the RPH icon appears at the bottom left of the screen, then disappears as usual, the screensaver goes on and everything just freezes. ALT+F4 and attempts to close the game do not help, except to use the task manager. Simply put, at the start, the game freezes tightly. The game is clean, there is nothing superfluous. The most logical way to reinstall was, but it didn't help. Then I downloaded and threw it into the Script Hook V and .Net folder. Likewise, it didn't help. Performed a file integrity check - nothing new. I did a manual installation, the same thing. It didn't help. The game, by the way, works online and in a single session. How to be, it is not clear. Now I will write down things that in my opinion can somehow influence. 
1. Trying to run RPH without LSPDFR does not help. Just pure RPH doesn't want to work either. 
2. In addition, I sometimes play Rage Multiplayer on a clean version, without LSPDFR and RPH. Perhaps somehow the launcher files prevent RPH from working. 
3. I recently transferred the game to a new disk, and RPH does not work on it, although it worked on the old disk and the last time I played with LSPDFR in August. 
4. A couple of days ago, I started to crash on the screensaver of the game. After checking the integrity of the game, he downloaded a couple of additional components, such as Directx and MS Visual studio. After that, everything worked.
That's all I have, I hope you will help. The game is licensed, social club, the problem is not in LSPDFR at all, but in RPH, because he himself does not want to work with the game.
