Reinstalled Game / lspdfr etc - cant load at all

Loading GTA straight out without rage will load to a menu to go to settings, online play, story mode etc. Clicked story mode and it is crashing to desktop, can't get it to open through Rage either, can anyone please take a look and see if you can spot anything? I have reinstalled both game and newest LSPDFR twice already (no plugins are set to autoload) and am at my wits end, any help is greatly appreciated..
