Hmm...for me EUP Menu works fine. 

But my LSPDFR gets stuck on "Loading LSPDFR"..But if you take a look threw the forum, you will notice that a lot of people seem to have this problem...On Sunday I was able to play the game without any issues, and since Monday it simply doesn't work anymore. Even though there was no update
