LSPDFR crashing

Hi, i started playing lspdfr around a week ago, everything was fine but i guess i put something wrong in the plugins folder and lspdfr was crashing all the time on startup.

I uninstalled gta and reinstalled to try lspdfr on a clean copy of the game, worked for one time but then crashing, and then i did the same again.

Now im stuck with a clean copy of gta, and lspdfr, nothing else, but everytime i load lspdfr it crashes or the game crashes. 

I've tried everything, changine RPH settings, changing game settings, changing files, mods and everything, nothing works.

Please help me.

System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Add the whole GTA V folder as your antivirus exception.

Some Anti virus software uses the word "trust zone".

I have so called "anti virus" software Segurazo and cant enter it/uninstall it. I asked some people in reddit and ill wait for an answer.
