Game Crashes!!!

I recently fresh install my GTA V on my PC I did install it on a different drive due to space requirements, then followed steps in video and downloaded the latest version of LSPDFR. When Launching the game the game run perfect. If I even try to launch the hook plugin the game crashes and says system slow or issuficient permissions. I have read through and tried several different things and nothing seems to work even uninstall everything and started over and tried the zip folder option. same results.

add an exception to your antivirus.

for what program specifically?

if you have an antivirus installed, add it there.

 

if not, then add the exception to default win10 antivirus:

Same result game loads, soon as you launch Rage Plugin Hook game crashes says to wait while it generates a crash report. closes the game and Rage says system slow or insufficient permissions.

Launch RPH as an administrator.

Make sure nothing is sandboxed.
