LSPDFR infinite load and EUP Menu wont appear

Whenever I start the game I end up on the infinite black "loading lspdfr" screen. When i load lspdfr plugin in the game manually , lspdfr doesn't load fully. It just keeps saying "loading lspdfr on the bottom right corner. And usually crashes within 5 minutes.

Also whenever I load EUP Menu and click F11 , the menu does not appear. However I can change my outfit or character if I press enter and any press up or down. Its like the EUP Menu is invisible.
