Crash on duty

when i go on duty the game crashes

 

I would really appreciate if someone replies with a solution.   

 

Edit: also crashes when I renamed mod folder to _Mods.

You have a crash related to Stealth.Common.

Have you installed Stealth.Common in the main folder?

yes i have, i have already disabled STP realiistic weapon and it did not work. But i can try remove RichsPoliceEnhancements
