LSPDFR crashes when spawning peds

My Lspdfr crashes when spawning peds (20 or more peds) but when I load the game without rage and lspdfr, I can spawn 100+ peds with no problems.

 Btw, I use the simple trainer to spawn peds

I spawn random attacking peds and spawn friendly peds and make them fight each other. 
 

Does LSPDFR has some spawning limit or something?
