when booting it writes me "slow system or insufficient permission" then program crashes

Try going to the nvidia experience app and turn off game overlay. That worked for me. also make sure to turn off your anti-virus

Don't disable your antivirus, that makes your system vulnerable, just add an exclusion.

It's important to note that adding on to what CAT said, you need to re-install RPH and restart your PC after adding the exception.
