How I add new cars dispatch.meta?

I'm new to the business of modifying GTA V and whenever I try it by myself, it starts to crash, I looked for tutorials on the internet on how to add new cars to dispatch.meta but I didn't find any and all the forums are too complicated for those who don't speak fluent english.

 

Heres is the cars i wanting to add
