yup, the i9 does have a bit more power but the i7 is still a very good processor! the 1080ti is also enough to run lspdfr and mods at high settings with good FPS.

For gaming? That would literally make almost no difference... i9 is for servers, wouldn't suggest it for gaming. Hyper-threading isn't really good when it comes to gaming. I use this comparison website, it's the best to test your specs.
