how to start the game

i installed everything i needed but i can find where to launch the game from

In the GTA root file look for GTA.exe

GTAIV.exe **

make sure u run as admin

No, Do not launch using GTAIV.exe as this will crash your game!

Use LaunchGTAIV.exe instead..

Find LaunchGTAIV.exe in your main GTA:IV directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV)(Or right click your shortcut and open file location) and run as an administrator. From there, you will spawn in the game and press P (twice to get rid of the blurry screen) and you will be guided with dialogs through the rest.
