What is the difference between ELS and ELS-Halogen?

I have seen pics of both but they look the same, what is the difference?

Halogen is a mode in ELS that makes the lights rotate. Kind of for those older lightbars.

ELS-H is designed to simulate rotating emergency lights (think old-style police cars with a single red beacon). ELS simulates regular flashing emergency lights. A picture won't really show the difference; look for videos to see.
