emergency flashing light glitch GTA IV - Help

I need help with this. Its so annoying right now.

Only Mods I have:

-Indicator Script

-Fuel Script

-ENB Series

-LCDPFR

-EFL Script

I tried without Fuel, Indiciator, still having same problem.

Patch 1.0.7.0 (Steam GTA IV)

If you don't get it, here is the video. I recorded in Hypercam2 (I didn't want to record Fraps, large video size)

Its like blinking.

I got this from: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=196

I put ELS in the main directory and visualsettigns in the common\data.

I don't see what I did wrong. :\

Am I suppose to transfer dsound and scripthook? Because LCPDFR did it for me.

You don't need ELS since that is the standard car. You only use ELS for modded cars.
