EUP is an all-in-one modification that gives us the free range to create your own law enforcement officer as you patrol the streets and roads of San Andreas. U mad Ronson?

This time, play different - be different. Adapt your style to the situation. Get your gear on - use a High-Vis vest to direct traffic, a waterproof jacket on a rainy day or a tactical outfit when the situation gets hot. Choose from various lore-friendly departments base of real life. Customize various components of your outfits.

5 Stars all the way!

Nothing funnier than patrolling the streets with the standard baldy dude skin and his identical baldy twin sister - Priceless!

Update Spot-On. I use Enhanced Native Trainer to adjust appearance now -  (as apposed to the suggested skin control 2.1). Despite the trainer being a little outdated it still serves this purpose and many more, very very well.

I also use Mod Manager (Bilago) so if anyone is having compatibility issues with EUP, drop me a line.

Essential for immersion/role-play. Tons of customization options for your character. My only gripe is that I can seem to make it work with RDE, as is suggested on the mods page, but I'm fairly certain that is more of an issue with RDE than this mod.

Since I’ve joined the community, I’ve been a strong believer in the KISS method, Keep It Simple Stupid.  Meaning, I’ve only modded my game with mods that are essential to RP.

Add EUP to the list of essentials. Easy to install, easy to use and it adds countless levels of RP.  I dont know why it took so long for me to mod the default LSPDFR characters. I RP’d with the default characters just fine. But now with EUP and the ability to create and control what my character looks like and wears brings my game to RP depth levels that are impossible to reach with only default character selection.

This is a must install for all and a should’ve installed a long time ago for me.

Fantastic mod.

I'm wondering to myself why I haven't even written a review for this and have been using it for so long.

Simply Put. This is a MUST HAVE Mod for LSPDFR. Hand's down! Not much else can be said. If you don't have this you are totally missing out.

Beautiful mod. Textures and models are splendidly done.

EUP is truly a mod that everyone should have when patrolling the ghetto of Los Santos as LSPD, dusty backroads of the countryside as a sheriff deputy, surrounding waters as Coast Guard, the bright blue skies as heli pilot.

Heck, one need not restrict themselves to just LSPD, LSSD, BCSD, and the other included agencies/establishments; those who wish to add departments can do so! With the release of the new jurisdiction feature in LSPDFR and EUP, one can customize their uniforms to their liking, or replace a plethora of departments and have their respective officers respond properly.

👍
Good job guys and gals!

Note: EUP can be used in conjunction with RDE(Realism Dispatch Enhanced), so if one wants both MP and component peds to have matching uniforms, they can install RDE to get the fullest experience of LE overhaul.

I cringe when I patrol with the generic LSPDFR characters.

EUP takes away the cringe in patrolling

This is a must if you get into modding. I must say I never used EUP in past downloaded but never applied feeling it would take too much time however after playing with it and skin control I wish I had it back in 0.2b it really adds character and life to your player and you can get close to making a familiar face with not much time needed. fantastic work my friend. 10 stars.

Must have for those people who don't want to use default messy officers with weird props in FPV. Now you can actually use your sunglasses and hats.

Also I want to clarify one thing: I apply custom skin (made in skin control) AFTER I go on duty, not before. I pick agency, gender, appearance as usual in stations. After stuff loads I apply my custom skin. I don't have any problems with it. Just one note: character will have your first picked officer's voice (atleast in my case), but voice starts working only after you get into garage and choose the vehicle (I don't know if it's a native LSPDFR problem or problem with Skin Control).

tl;dr

I really can't realize why people have problems with Agency Callouts for example. Just go on duty from stations and then apply your custom skin and you're good to go. Your character will have voice and hence agency, while having your custom appearance.

If your serious about your LSPD you need this. I ve played since it was in infancy, and waited until recently to add this on. I admit all the required other programs kept me from it. But they were the best thing to. No more using generic officers, now you can customize the whole package. From face to uniform. Cant speak highly enough of this.

Pretty much can't play the game with this mod/skin changer working together. However, any chance we could get the smoky bear hat that the sheriff department has?
