Did you get permission to re-upload the models? If so, where are the credits or proof that you did?
Maybe some screenshots of the models with your skins would be nice.

True enough, I did not claim the models as my own, however I will be contacting the owners for consent, being a noob on the legal side is not as easy as you think.

Yea I don't know how other people are but I know I never download anything without seeing a screenshot of the work. 

Either my internet is being screwy on both Chrome and Internet Exploder or these files are corrupt from being imported and not able to get extracted because of the corruptness. Either way when you just do skins, don't include models with it unless you made the models (You'll run into some issues like shown above asking about if you had perms which I doubt as your just starting it seems). Just make a folder directory system like for example for the CVPI (Alabama/CVPI/BxBugs123 Template or CJ24 Template). Who cares what model you use unlike me though who lives in Alabama as a Future Trooper whom I am OCD about what car and parts you use.... including skins. Next include some screenshots with it as like Forward said "I never download anything without seeing a screenshot of the work." You need screenshots (In-game) if you want people to see if it's worth the download. The skins I have not seen yet but I hope you didn't use those pics as a reference as they are outdated currently as of Jan 1st, 2015 since ADPS(Alabama Department of Public Safety) merged with ALEA(Alabama Law Enforcement Agency) which changed or replaced most decals on the fleet, though paint job is the same. A good updated reference of the fleet would be the 2015 Tahoe on the internet, The ALEA Facebook page, or some of my Downloads in which I did a ALEA CVPI & Caprice. Other than that just get some of this set straight please and I wish you luck on your 50 States skinning voyage.

I will be doing this in the future, and since I do not live in Alabama I had absolutely no Idea what the heck ALEA or ADPS were, so I will be uploading 1.1 where we will have just the skins.

Alright. I see the pics though Color is to white for the base, maybe go for a grey. The decals need to be updated like I said and rescaled. Plates aren't correct. Other than that your good.

The color is grey, the enb shows as white, because of reflectivity

Alright thanks for the correction on my part. I usually see people get the color incorrect and that is when those OCD senses kick in.

I like the feedback everyone, I don't think I'm bad at skinning, I'm just extremely new to this. and there is room to grow.

What's next? Alaska! Now these skins will be made totally by me and will in no way be a copy of the AST clan. Should be release soon.

these cars are white? they are supposed to be grey, but great job on the old decals

Based off of the best resolution pictures that I could find, this is what, I went with best accuracy that I could find, and personally, the older cars look nicer in my opinion.
