I can't get the wig wags to work..I see the flash but the headlights do not actually come on like in your video. All my other els cars wig wags work fine. Any ideas?

The brake lights and reverse lights are not coming on either, you can see the flash on the enviroment but not the light coming on on the car. All other lights work perfectly.

The lights dont work for me on the car i had the two drot Cars from BxBugs befor this on and they worked without any problems. Can some on help me ?

Where do i put the police.ini files?

An installation tutorial: To get the way the vehicle is you need to put in the ELS File.

To do this go to: GTA IV Directory/ELS Folder then drop the car file in there. Now to get that to work, you need to make it so the
ELS will go off of that for the vehicle you need to change the name in the slot control file(ELS 8). Go into the slot control and
what ever vehicle you put my car under, you need to make the file in slot control the name of the ELS file I gave you.

For Example:

[ FBI ]
Status = on
File = fbi

That's easily done mate just edit the emerglights texture's in the .wtd and change all blue to red & red to blue, then change it in the els config file.

So I've been testing out the cars and I replaced the crown vic with police2, but the durango with noose. Now it spawns with a white skin half the time and crashes my game after 3-4 spawns of it, probably when the black and white is going to spawn. What's going on?

Those lightbars are epic, and the parts physically move! First class mod. Can't wait for more from you!
One issue tho. Too bad they don't work on other car "slots" only police and police2 work correctly. :/

The durango only works in police and police2 slots mate same as the crown vic. Because of the rota's lighbar. I dont know how you get a crash maybe its because you use it in a different slot i dont know, But i don't get a crash with it!

Well I suppose, but not I'm getting 3 different skins for the crown vic. I changed the crown vic's default from police2 to police (or vice versa can't remember) and it still works, but now I have 3 COMPLETELY different skins to it. an LCPD, a "Port authority" and the CHP, the first two which I've never downloaded...
