First time installing audio mods here. Where do I put the sirens?? I've replaced the Weapon and Resident RPFs already but I have no idea where to put the vehicle WAVs.

EDIT: I figured it out. To anyone that needs help like me, In OpenIV, go to Mods>x64>audio>SFX>resident> then drag and drop the "vehicles.oac" file into OpenIV, it will convert to an .awc file by itself.

OMG. I swear you are a god. This siren sounds amazing, its like I'm hearing the real thing. Now all I need is a Code 3 RLS and my collection will be complete.

Try my  Mastercom. I own that siren and did a studio recorded siren with it. Pretty much the exact same tones as the RLS just in a different siren box.

dont even know if this is gonna be possible but can you make it so the sirens are more "echoey", like i have always felt like sirens in lspdfr just sound like a sound file just played directly into your headphones without actually feeling loud or like an actual siren (like for example in the rl vid in the desc of this mod), gta kinda has this effect in downtown but i wonder if you could make it more echoey and or just make so the downtown echo is instead for the entire map? like as i said idk if this is even possible, just curious

I've done that with a few of my sirens the problem is since you have to boost the audio so high for volume in GTA 5 it causes artifacts in the audio if you use too much reverb. I do have a few packs up though from my studio recorded sirens where I was able to pull it off due to the high quality recording.

Установил звуки и автопарк. Только при выборе авто POLICE есть светловые (кнопки J, K, L) и звуковые (кнопки с 1 по 6 + дополнительно E - кряк, и R - сирена) режимы.

Если выбрать другие авто - только стандартный (кнопка "Е" - вкл.звук и только "стопы" мигают)

I wrote it in Russian because I saw how others commented on this language.
Perhaps you need a moderator on a site with knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian and other Slovenian languages, or one that knows how to use a translator.

4th slots for Ambulances bud. It's LITERALLY called "AMBULANCE_WARNING". People just don't understand to simply disable that in the ELS file from playing. It's simple as hell.

dude, these are so good! u think you could save a file with this siren, but with stage 3 rumbler siren for intersections. im looking for a 5M compatible file, id mix it myself if i knew how!

I don't if its ELS or what, but I'm not hearing the modded siren in game. It's just the default one playing. I know its installed right because I can open the vehicles.awc and hear them. Did some new game update change the names used?

Edit: Apparently I'm a complete moron and didn't know I was just overwriting a different Federal Signal Siren mod I already had.
