ABOUT:
This mod aims to introduce a new federal law-enforcement agency to GTAV: The Federal Investigation Bureau Police. Taking inspiration from Realism Dispatch Enhanced's Federal Law Addon, and from the real life FBI Police, I've put together a pack of FIBP vehicles which I hope you'll all love.
The pack is Lore-Friendly and has a range of contributors. Whilst I've single-handedly done all the assembly, liveries and more for this modification pack, there is a vast range of other pieces here and there which have come from others which ultimately makes this the great pack I hope it'll be. Be it custom lightbars, sirensetting code, mapped vehicles, vehicle equipment or the kind work of others who've given me advice and inspiration along the way. This pack isn't just a pack by myself, it's a collaboration pack, and for that I'm truly thankful to all those who've been involved in one way or another.

WHAT THIS MOD INCLUDES:
FIBP - Vapid Stanier
FIBP2 - Vapid Stanier (slicktop)
FIBP3 - Bravado Buffalo S/C
FIBP4 - Bravado Gresley
FIBP5 - Declasse Granger
FIBP6 - Vapid Interceptor
FIBP7 - Declasse Alamo Retro
FIBP8 - Bravado Rumpo
FIBP9 - Declasse Merit

FIBP10 - Caddy

FIBP11 - Vapid Sandking

FIBP12 - Declasse Alamo
FIBPU - Unmarked Vapid Stanier
FIBPU2 - Unmarked Bravado Buffalo

This mod includes custom sirensettings for all of the vehicles in this pack, Whelen Liberty styled lightbar by Voit Turyv, Whelen Edge styled lightbar by myself, mirror lights by myself as well as trunk mounted warning lights, custom hubcaps by 11john11 and glennoconnel and much more to try and provide a detailed and diverse mod for you all! (full credits included in mod download)

Was going to download... But then saw it was non-ELS. So never mind.

So... You were going to download something amazing but decided not to because it wasn't ELS? Why'd he use ELS when he can use vanilla carcols to make something better instead of having to rely on a third party script for it to work? WUT

Custom sirensettings > ELS

Yes. That's definitely true. At the same time, I'd also like to not have my siren randomly play different tones. If I want to select the yelp, I don't want the priority to be randomly selected. Unless I'm going crazy, in the real world, you can also choose if you want to go to stage 1, 2, or 3- You don't just press a button and it immediately goes to 3 with no other option.

Sure ELS gives you more control over siren tones and what have you, but firstly making a mod dependant on external scripts isn't exactly my go-to, and secondly it seems kinda ironic you agree custom sirensettings are better than ELS, but your reasoning for not downloading the mod, is because it doesn't have ELS, though it has custom sirensettings... but heyho.

That vanilla dodge charger whatever it is concept is really tempting me to use vanilla vehicles. Must know where it came from 😄

Beautiful vehicle right?

You can download the original pack from here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2008-bravado-buffalo-s-c-police-pack-add-on-template

I made a few small edits in my pack here, mostly the front bumper and grille but that aside it's as it is in the original pack.

If you wanted to just this pack but keep ELS controlling your Lights (even tho only stage 3 will work like any non-els vehicle) and siren tones then just use this.

How do I get the vehicles in the vehicle selection on the PD

You mean like in LSPDFR?

not possible, LSPDFR doesn't support addon cars for that

Any chance of getting some template for liveries? I'd love to use these for LSPD.

Couldn't agree more! It'd be awesome to do these up with LSPD markings.

Just create a VCF for the vehicle and ELS will control the sirens.

@CadmiumRed

Thanks for the advice; however, I want INDIVIDUAL LIGHT STAGES, not stage 3 or nothing.

You just can’t get that realism with non-ELS vehicles.

Also, why are you quoting a post I made LAST YEAR?

Because I saw it right now.

I personally can't think of any time I've used stage 1 or 2.

I actually preferred the light settings on the previous pack. I liked the way the white lights on the light bar illuminated as well. I like the additional models. I just wish you kept the settings the same for the original cars. Is there anywhere to get the original pack?
